Our People
Nabih Maroun
Nabih has had a rich and diverse professional career across three continents, alternating between executive and entrepreneurial positions all throughout. He is a prominent business transformational leader with 30 years of consulting and management experience. He led the Public Sector & Strategic Communication Consulting Practice of Booz Allen Hamilton as Executive Vice President of the firm.
Earlier in his career, Nabih led several large-scale transformations in the telecommunications industry, in energy, and in manufacturing. In 2000, he took a leave from Booz Allen to spearhead the international expansion of a French tech company, as Chief Financial Officer. Nabih holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering degrees from McGill University, as well as an MBA degree from INSEAD.
In his personal time, Nabih is an avid skier and golfer, and enjoys reading good books and adventure travel.

Carine Kassir
With over 25 years of experience, Carine specializes in business strategy, financial turnarounds, and business development. She is a certified Scaling Up™ coach, Metronomics™ coach, and a Hunt Big Sales™ Consultant. She has successfully guided numerous leadership teams through scaling challenges, aligning strategy, execution, and financial performance to achieve sustainable growth. Her passion lies in empowering leaders to unlock their full potential, leveraging proven frameworks to deliver measurable results.
Carine’s coaching philosophy is rooted in her belief that growth is not just a goal but a mindset. She thrives on being an agent of growth and accomplishment, committed to fostering resilience, clarity, and accountability within the organizations she supports. Carine holds a Finance and Management Information Systems degree from McGill University and an MBA degree from INSEAD.
Outside of work, Carine is passionate about outdoor activities, often finding inspiration in nature through skiing, hiking, and traveling with her family.
